Our Story
Project Story

From Strategy
to Action.

How students translated ideas into measurable community impact.

Project 01

Social Impact & Digital Sustainability

Samaya (Class of 2027) · Partner School Challenge
Challenge

Inconsistent school attendance driven by logistical barriers and low student motivation.

Solution

Designed a low-cost, culturally adaptable engagement strategy to encourage joyful and consistent attendance.

01

Samaya partnered with a local school to explore ways to increase joyful and consistent student attendance despite barriers such as long travel distances and household responsibilities. Through research and creative problem-solving, she developed a strategy report proposing low-cost, high-impact interventions focused on positive reinforcement. Key recommendations included a gamified, sticker-based attendance system, a peer ambassador model to promote student leadership, and the use of short, engaging stories to spark curiosity at the start of each class. Designed as a starting point for experimentation rather than a fixed solution, the framework offers educators a flexible and culturally adaptable approach to improving student engagement and attendance.

Project 02

Small-Donor Engagement & Digital Strategy

High School Mentee Team · Youth-Focused Nonprofit Challenge
Challenge

Strong creative education impact but limited donor communication systems and digital outreach.

Solution

Developed a scalable, resource-conscious donor engagement strategy using storytelling and free digital tools.

02

A team of high school mentees partnered with a youth-focused nonprofit that delivered meaningful impact through creative education but lacked structured systems for small-donor communication. After assessing the organization's outreach capacity, the team identified opportunities to strengthen donor relationships through emotional storytelling, consistent updates, and the use of free, accessible digital tools. They delivered a strategy report recommending biannual, story-driven donor updates via WhatsApp and email, along with a lightweight digital campaign to attract new small donors. The organization has begun gathering stories and initiating donor outreach based on these recommendations, while additional strategies remain on the roadmap to support future growth.

Project 03

Social Impact & Digital Sustainability

Layla (Class of 2026) · Women's Empowerment Nonprofit Challenge
Challenge

Strong artisan impact but limited visibility and growth infrastructure.

Solution

Developed a sustainability and digital growth strategy to strengthen operations and storytelling.

03

Layla partnered with a women's empowerment nonprofit that supported artisans through meaningful community-based work but lacked long-term sustainability and digital visibility. After evaluating the organization's operations, branding, and supply chain, she identified gaps limiting growth and scalability. Layla delivered a strategic report outlining recommendations for sustainable operations, artisan training investment, production documentation, and digital storytelling. These insights guided the nonprofit's next steps, informing the launch of a new website and a dedicated e-commerce platform designed to communicate mission, impact, and artisan stories more effectively.
